The firm
Boissonnat Partners is a consulting firm founded by Yves Boissonnat in 2012.
The firm assists its clients (law firms, investments funds, banks, consulting firms, companies) in their quest for the best talents and in the development of their executives in order to keep moving ahead in a complex and competitive environment.
Building on to the strong relationship we establish with our clients as well as the deep understanding we have of their businesses, we are in a position to assist them in our two key activities in which our firm has been widely recognized on the market for a long time:

Led by Yves Boissonnat with the support of a team of researchers and project managers, Boissonnat Partners offers its clients the professional, rigourous, and international open-mindedness of global consulting firms, together with the flexibility and personalised approach of a boutique firm with an entrepreneurial culture.
International
For all international assignments, we rely on a network of correspondent firms/consultants set up over the years in the major business centres, who share our values of commitment and independence.
For each assignment, a team is put together to give the client the best service, either by sourcing candidates globally, or by directly conducting assignments overseas.
Boissonnat Partners remains however the client’s key contact, and manages the interaction with the local consultants to ensure that global assignments are conducted with the highest degree of quality and efficiency.
Yves Boissonnat
Prior to founding Boissonnat Partners in 2012, Yves Boissonnat was a partner for twenty years at two of the leading global executive search firms: Odgers Berndtson and Boyden. He established and developed their Legal Services and Financial Services practices, and conducted a great many executive search and leadership consulting assignments, both in France and internationally.
Yves Boissonnat began his professional career at HSBC where he was first in charge of coverage with French mid-caps, and then in charge of the development of several European countries within the International Department. He then relocated to London to work for a major recruitment firm before returning to France to open the firm’s Paris office.
A graduate of Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (Sciences-Po), Yves Boissonnat holds a master’s in business law. He is also a certified executive coach from HEC.
A French native speaker, he is fluent in English.
